We are Maryasa
Founded in 2012, our structure is based on a highly qualified team with years of experience and familiar with the most diverse types of materials, equipment and processes, with a customer-oriented policy, with whom we work in close and direct collaboration.
We have our headquarters and industrial facilities located in Arrifana, municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, district of Aveiro.

Although we are a young company, we have shown progressive and sustained growth.
Our Partner - Founder Manuel Silva, holder of a deep knowledge, acquired by an experience of more than 10 years as responsible for injection in a multinational and with a well-established career in the different sectors of plastics transformation, saw the possibility of using his resources and capabilities to expand the company's activity with regard to polymer injection, always combining key factors such as product quality, service costs and fast delivery when requested, in order to establish solid and trusting partnerships with its customers.
Although we are a young company, we have shown progressive and sustained growth.
This evolution was essentially due to a policy of innovation and continuous improvement, offering a very diversified and differentiated range of products/services, properly segmented according to the needs and specificities of each group of customers, focusing on their satisfaction and on the quality of the service/product based on a continuous effort to keep itself equipped with a set of capable and innovative equipment.

In this sense, Maryasa's current products are: injection mold design; alteration, maintenance and repair of molds; injection mold testing; injection and assembly of plastic parts; manufacturing of plastic items: injection of pre-series and production series; product assembly services including painting and welding processes.

MOLDS
The client conveys his need and we will handle the entire process, from the design of the mold to obtaining the final product.
TESTS
We have an experienced team that will provide an efficient mold testing/testing service.
INJECTION
We have injection machines equipped with robots, allowing the automation and industrialization of the manufacturing process of any plastic part.
ASSEMBLYANDPRE-ASSEMBLY
We carry out all types of assembly associated with injected parts. We have adaptable assembly lines including ultrasonic welding assemblies.
PAINTING
We carry out paint finishes on plastic surfaces, we have a modern painting installation in a watertight cabin.
